MISSION STATEMENT - WORLD ANIMAL DAY
- To celebrate animal life in all its forms
- To celebrate humankind’s relationship with the animal kingdom
- To acknowledge the diverse roles that animals play in our lives – from being our companions, supporting and helping us, to bringing a sense of wonder into our lives
- To acknowledge and be thankful for the way in which animals enrich our live
It's today and the whole world is celebrating it!! What can I do as animal lover? Well, in this country, unfortunately, nothing much:(
I have 3 abandoned kittens at home which I hope will make it.
I will take care of my hamster Deco and buy her new toys..
hmmm..what else should I do.. Oh, I bought this cool t-shirt from SPCA Melaka to show my support for them.
What else? I did this art project with my class.
I know I can't do nothing big to contribute to the World Animal Day, but at least I'm doing my best. Who knows this little things will lead to a bigger change? Happy World Animal Day everyone!!

God bless you and your family. If you think that what you are doing doesn't matter - just look into the eyes of those kittens. Yes, it does matter - to them - and to me and to many others who care about all living beings!
ReplyDeleteThere are many home recipes for kitten milk for little ones that have been abandoned and some excellent information about how to care for them and to teach them to be little kittens - something that their mother would have done.
I have raised many kittens. Contact me if you need any help.
We read about your blog on The cat Blogosphere page - http://www.blog.catblogosphere.com/ and wanted to welcome you.
ReplyDeleteI hope that your love and attention will keep those poor kittens well, you are doing whats best for them, bless you.
I saw over at the CB that you were new to the blogging and wanted to stop by and welcome you. I am just getting set up myself, though my older sister in the past has blogged. I sure hope the little kittens all find forever homes. They are lucky to have you in their lives taking care of them.

Hi there! I read about you on the cat blogosphere and wanted to stop by and say hello. Those little kitties are so lucky that they at least have a chance to live now. Thank you for taking them in, loving them and giving them a chance at life!
ReplyDeleteHappy World Animal Day to you and all your animals. The art project with your class looks very interesting, I bet all the children had fun doing it.

Bless your heart for taking care of the abandoned babies. We are sending you tons of purrs and prayers.
ReplyDeleteAs "Da Fambly Cat-a-blog Kittiez" says, there are many recipes for kitten milk. We took care of our Annie and she had to drink goat's milk with some karo syrup and cat vitamins mixed in. The canned kitten milk made her ill. There are lots of good information on the web about caring for bottle babies.
Good luck with them and we are sending you hugs.
